The product was actually built really well.

Cons

Selling data backup is more like selling life insurance, it's mainly fear based. The massive amount of inbound leads they tell everyone upon hiring is misleading. Also, the high closure rates are misleading too as they look for you to create opportunities when they are going to be won, which can skew data. Work-life balance to OB is that they want your work to be your life. People stay late on their computers on Facebook, just because they don't want to be the first ones to leave. The culture is terrible too, coworkers spread rumors and talk about each other behind their backs, this includes people on the management team. Very much like high school.

Pros

The best human material you could ask for. Apart from that, the company makes all attempts to make sure you're adapted to its system in the best way possible, without saving anu funds for the cause.

Cons

Still a bit "start-upy" in the sense that things might take a bit longer to process, but in the end, everything gets done quite efficiently!

-Great potential to have a growing and rewarding career. -Very sleek office stocked with a full kitchen, beer on tap, flat screen TVs everywhere, power lift desks, and jaw dropping penthouse views. -Start Up environment filled with a room of motivated people wanting to win together. -A dynamic tech team in Israel that is constantly pushing out enhancements to an already class leading solution. -A leadership team that leads from the front and always happy to get in the trenches everyday. -Recognition from team members when you crush your goals and sign up new customers

Cons

The office has great snacks always stocked. However if you don't bring lunch, the cafeteria for the building doesn't accept credit cards and has bad chicken (little rubbery).
