      A company on a downward spiral

      The coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      This company used to be great and I enjoyed going in to the office. However over the last year, there has been a clear shift in priorities. Management clearly shows that they do not trust the employees at all and demonstrate that in he decisions that they make. There is no clear path forward and the workload is unmanageable. Instead of improvements being made, management is focused on reporting metrics that they can then tweak in order to make it seem that performance is better than it really is. This of course results in additional busy work being passed down to employees that are already swamped and then cannot focus on what they were actually hired for. Everyone that I speak to is looking to leave.

      The worst place I've ever worked

      Pros

      The offices certainly have good amenities, if you have the time and freedom to use them. Also, if your boss or 'c-suite leader' likes you, you'll get promoted, otherwise, goodluck!

      Cons

      I have worked for many toxic companies and this is by far the worst. Leaders are unequipped to do their jobs. They gossip about each other, and worse, about their own employees. If you aren't willing to speak poorly about others to get into the 'cool kids club' then don't bother ever trying to get promoted. The company preaches trust through transparency and other values, but doesn't uphold any of them. From the CEO down, this company plays favorites, it honestly feels like being in Mean Girls. If I could go back in time, I would never take this job, and suggest you stay far, far away from this toxic environment.
