Great peoples, lot of opportunities if ready to work hard, good technologies, constant innovation, home office (or where ever) not a problem, lot of trainings, good salaries, great autonomy, US Culture
Cons
Very hard work, bad work / life balance, frequent strategy & organizational changes, internal competition, frequent RIF, not a place to be if you need stability
Great legacy product (Pro/E aka Creo), that has a diverse customer base.
Relatively small/midsize company that is ambitious, and thinks and acts like a bigger company.
Not too many free loaders. With regular layoffs, most employees are conscious about delivering value.
Cons
They have big ambitions, but they haven't really "popped" except for a brief period in the early 90s.
Easily distracted.
High margin focus, don't have grit or discipline to grind it out with mature products.
Perpetual state of layoffs/RIFs.
