Great place to go for work-life balance

- Good work-life balance - Great and supportive people - Constructive can-do attitude people - 2 days a week at the office - During summer we have half Fridays with the manager's approval

Cons

- Salary is a bit below market price but definitely could be worth the trade-off with the great work-life balance - In my position, very few career growth opportunities within the same company
