      1. Stress free working environment. 2. Flexible work hours. 3. Complete infrastructure support (Good solid PCs, Work from home options, dual monitors etc). 4. Good exposure to technology.

      Cons

      1. No onsite opportunities. 2. Flat hierarchy. So promotion does not mean change in roles and responsibilities.

      There are lots of very dedicated employees who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Absolute lack of process. Decisions are made without data. Definitely no single source of truth. Executive leadership is in constant battle with one another. Absolute lack of uniformity or control. Reactionary. Manipulates customers into sales agreements. No career planning. There are people who've worked the same job for 20 years!
