      Pros

      The salary is pretty competitive and there is the opportunity to progress internationally within the company. Hard work can certainly pay off.

      Cons

      Over complicated practices and departmental layers often limit the real progression a company of its size should be achieving. Diplomacy and reality don't mix.

      English speaking enviornment in this retail back office role, good employe discounts on clothes, good for a job starter

      Cons

      No employee growth plans, 100% internal hiring are over the contacts and not by your performances, not a good ERP system, below avg SCM department

      Pros

      During the season i worked there, the team really were one big family. we did so many things there and everyone who did leave said that the next job was not the same that puma was special in its own way.

      Cons

      the changing of management, the redundancies caused a lot of upset and uncertainty and killed the strong spirit
