      I have worked at many businesses int he past from corporate to retail. I have never met such a great company that truly cares about their staff. You know they care and it makes you want to work harder. You feel involved in the company at all levels. I have provided feedback in the past and they were very receptive to change. Easy to move up the ladder - they like to promote from within Lots of training courses to make yourself a better person and employee Lots of free uniform Great discounts Flexible working hours Can wear tracksuits or shorts at work!

      Cons

      Pay is not the best. Hard to achieve bonuses.

      Competitive Salary Flexible Working Hours (in Design) Great Team/Family Like Environment Managers are trusting & not micro-managing (in Design) You feel heard regardless of job level Self-starting culture Ability to take on challenging projects Opportunity to travel at least twice a year

      Cons

      As with any corporate company, it's sometimes not so agile in its work flow practices. Processes can sometimes be strict & structured. But this either suits you or it doesn't. HQ is a bit of a nightmare to get to if you don't drive & don't live local.
