Pros

Salary - which they will churn out of you by making you work insane hours So called "family" environment - where people have landed their behinds for a decade - if you play along, you become the favourite child, or else, prepare to be the black sheep

Cons

Anything you do will be flushed down the drain if you don't cater to the whims and fancies of management. A hundred rights will be swallowed by a single wrong and then there will be threats about how they can damage your life/career. Fun. Oh and prepare to devote all your waking hours including weekends as a corporate slave if you do end up joining. The management will tell you, "Oh! Don't work so much!" And then proceed to dump you with a workload of 3 people. Lovely hypocrisy.

Pros

Great brand with great potential and continuously growing. Genuinely good people! No drama. People really care about each other. Lots of exciting projects.

Cons

Understaffed in comparison to other brands, even smaller brands. Always feeling like I can't get a break or use my vacation time. Always scrambling to finish everything. Its ok to be busy but not to a point where people are feeling burnt out and have no time for renewal. This is not just me but a common feeling among other footwear designers. Work life balance needs to improve!

Pros

No pros at all plz stay away from this brand for work

Cons

List of cons all this I m writing for Puma Gujarat Ahmebadad They will ask you to work more then 11 hrs. If you say no then they will be like no you have to do it or elce leave the job. No security of employees. No documentation of any employee You have to beg your hard earned money from management. Top level manager have no sense of talking they use slangs while talking to employees. On your day off they call you and say you need to come to store some other mangers are in town for visit come on that’s not my problem ask them to make a schedule and come No work life balance at all they will call or msg you any time and they expect he/she has to reply no matter it’s 12 am in night. If you send an email for some customers complain they will not respond you on mail till the time customer don’t come to store start shouting to manager.
