casual and relaxed working environment, with flexi working conditions.

Cons

Business units and teams work in silos, not really digital first approach as digital seems to be an afterthought. not blazing any trails when it comes to innovation.

Hire good people. Lots of responsibility for young designers to take on and grow/learn. Great flexi working policies, and lots of cool events.

Cons

Slow to promote in some departments, doesn’t give salary/title recognition for actual work
