They treat their employees amazingly, fun atmosphere

Once terminated i no longer mattered and they took 4 months to send me my last check, only because i kept bugging them about it

- Strong brand history & internationally recognized - Decent benefits & incredible discount - The people within the company is what makes the place so great - Overall it's a very laid back environment

Cons

- No pay scale currently - Raises and promotions aren't balanced -- largely depends on what team you're on - Teams are understaffed
