Overall a great place to work

Pros

Most perks were removed when the new GM & friend came and enforced their work at all costs culture in our environment. The office move sounds great, but no gym, loss of flexible hours and long commutes are hidden behind a glossy city view.

Cons

Talk around you in another language. The SLT are dysfunctional. Newer SLT are much better. I hope they can hang on. Game of favourites. GM will single you out, has no social skills. Always on his phone during meetings. We all stay for the people, not (key) SLT.
