Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the free product allotment each quarter to represent the brand. We strive to provide clear communication at all levels as it relates to new and ongoing programs, practices and company information so employees can stay informed and to support the success of an individual’s role. This includes input from employees and embracing two-way dialogue as we do value everyone’s input and will look for ways to strengthen this opportunity.

Great First Job

Pros

Great team members and a mini-meeting at the start of your shift to get you ready for the day. They really do make you feel like family, I still love my PUMA Fam ❤

Cons

You're on your feet for the whole shift, it's not too bad for floor employees but at the register, it kinda sucks because you're limited to one spot. When I had to move away some employees were rude to me for my last two weeks.

We are happy to hear that you had such a positive experience with PUMA as your first place of employment. PUMA strives to provide an environment, tools and the necessary information where our team members are ready to achieve both individual and company successes during shifts and their employment overall. We also do appreciate the additional feedback and will look into how we can best manage both store ergonomics and also job rotations.
