Pros

Growth and Decision-making. Smaller sized than competitors. More chance of you implementing a process or follow through with an idea, without the need to face the political BS, that is nature in the corporate world, such as Adidas. Will offer you a visa to work and relocate, Many international colleague from around the world.

Cons

Lower salary than competitors. Probably that's how their best talents get poach to other competitors like ON, Adidas and NewBalance. Being in Nuremberg/Herzogenaurach is a socially dead location, not recomended for single, mid-20s person. Hopefull, higher salary could help with this cons.

Aiming to always improve ou r working conditions, we regularly do external bechmarking to stay on track in terms of salary comparison to offer competitive salaries.
