Pros

You can get hired seasonally if your desperate for a job. During some of the holidays (ie Christmas Day) they provide food and pay higher hourly salary. Some of the management is good.

Cons

The first thing that will affect most people is that hours are too few and scheduling sucks. Expect to get called in once or twice a week for a total of about 10 hours. You will constantly be on call and your schedule can change at the drop of a hat. If you are in the middle of a shift and its not busy they will send you home mid shift. So if its a long drive for you just dont even. And 10 hours a week, is that a job? Not really. The pay is the usual amount of sucky for these kinds of jobs. The work itself is okie, but I would not call their sales associate position a real job. Even as far as minimum wage jobs go.
