great teamwork between associates and the store was always kept well. There is always enough staff to provide great one to one customer service.

Cons

unorganized management, and there was lack of communication in regards of shifts.

Pros

Dynamic, international company. Loved working here because of the creative talent and the global mindset. We worked hard and played hard.

Cons

There were a few characters to work with, but that exists everywhere. Otherwise, it was a great place to work.

Pros

The culture during work is very optimistic and upbeat. You receive an allotment of clothing and shoes about every three months.

Cons

Seem a little confused in the direction the company is going. Slow to make changes. The organization between corporate and the stores needs some work.
