Pros

Honestly a great company to work for. - They give you free clothes quarterly - Benefits package for full time employees is great - Pay is competitive - Overall, they have a very organized business plan, a clear demographic - Stay up to date on current business practices, an industry leader from a technological standpoint - Operationally, they know what they are doing and have a clear focus

Cons

- Not a lot of promotion from within - Low product levels on key promotion items - Coupon management (promotion) program could use some work

Great benefits, fun atmosphere, really good perks like ice cream truck, sample sale, great coworkers, summer fridays

Cons

Not huge room to advance, vacation time is not much, compensation could definitely be better
