Pros

The company pays decent and offers a great benefits package. Travel was a great perk as well.

Cons

Departments needs a strong leader to provide astute direction. Indecisive and incompetent departmental management. Abuse of power and Immature tactics used by departmental management. Management continually failed to create an accurate time line calender. In brief, Management failed to Manage and more importantly lead and drive the brand and product into the proper market as needed. .

no traineeship positions, hopefully better career opportunities for interns/working students in the future, long decision making processes
