Pros

great travel, projects, and co-workers; inspiring management

Cons

pay is a bit less than its competitors, and advancement was slow despite its many levels. Puma lost a lot of what made it desirable as a workplace and brand in the last several years. I hope they get it back.

Pros

- Great discount on products - Reasonable hours

Cons

- Management makes some interests that don't foster team work, motivate the employees, or even make sense often times - They will cut hours from higher paid employees and give them to lower paid employees simply to save a little money on the budget, which was unreasonably low, at the cost of a good work environment and the experience of the customer - No tangible effect of filing complaints against subordinates who actively slacked on responsibilities regularly - Intimidation tactics to not file complaints against anyone above yourself
