Pros

Full time positions offer decent pay with benefits. It was a cool working environment though. Had fun building lasting friendships with co-workers and associates. If you part-time the pay is simply ok. Full time employees can make decent pay, but you will def give up a lot of your time to do so!

Cons

Retails working hours can suck at times.

Pros

Realistic with store budgets. Generous with pay, benefits etc. The company really does cafe for their employees. They invest in training and incentives that really work. Product discount, allotment and other "freebees" are great.

Cons

Constant change. The company realigns stores frequently and has been going through many merchandising changes.
