      Pros

      - possibility to travel (account-, inspection-, factory- trips) - great equipment (MacBook, iPad, iPhone) - remote working (2days from 5days) - perks (bridge days, bring your dog to the office, ..) - the working atmosphere is great (respectful attitude and appreciation)

      Cons

      reasons why people look for alternative jobs: - the salary could definitely be better - the location (Herzogenaurach) - poor public transport (own shuttle buses would be a compromise) minus points: - the selection of canteen food is weak and still quite expensive

In addition to our organic canteens, there is free fruit and water, health weeks, nutrition talks and many more offers. We always aim to create a fun and inspiring work environment, which works particularly well when the atmosphere and collaboration in the office are fun and effective. However, we give our best to make work conditions as flexible as possible by offering benefits like flextime.       An excellent team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and cooperation A positive work environment that promotes productivity and job satisfaction Comprehensive guidance and training for all types of work, ensuring everyone is fully prepared A chance to advance your career through available opportunities for growth and development

      Cons

      The job only offered full-time positions, which was not feasible for me as a student, and I had to resign before the new semester started.
