      Excellent Place to Work, if not for the low salary

      Pros

      Excellent work enviroment, much higher ratio of intelligent & caring people than other companies, Gym and other sports activities

      Cons

      Corporate profit goes throu the roof by effort of the People, but it's not coming down to employees. Especially if you're not in Sales with a big variable bonus, the possible range for raises is so low that it demotivates people to strive to do better.
