      best place to work because of; my lovely team Puma´s Spirit is incredible flexibility of work place (office / home office) many sport offers flat hirarchies people are really open minded and many more reasons...

      Cons

      further development of people is sometimes lacking keeping good employees is also lacking, so here is capacity of improvement job swapping could be better, also room for improvement the place to work should be possible from everywhere, not just from home, so we need more flexibility
