      more appearance than substance

      new offices and therefore good working environment sports classes and gym nice new canteen positive and open minded colleagues international atmosphere

      Cons

      dubios/ unequal compensation structures between departments but even within one team promotion partly to mostly based on sympathy and internal politics, not performance (depending on department) high amount of restructuring forcing many leaves many higher management positions are filled with long term employees rather than competent and capable managers often one step behind industry competitors regarding trends and internal processes

      key values are a vague promise, nothing else, Human resources are not interested in future challenges for working environment and demographic trend. And finally enviromental protection is a key not a part of the game.
