      Very tough work ... good earning potential exists.....but very poor management

      There is potential to make good money if prepared to work very hard There is a strong product line Offer good employee benefits International environment

      Cons

      Very poor management continues and causes many frictions in the organisation that prevents successes. Strong blame culture. Very aggressive culture of hiring and firing.

      Excellent well defined sales process. Very much enjoyed the work/life balanced encouraged here. I have enjoyed a long and very successful sales career here where I have learnt alot and made good money,

      Cons

      The product can be technical and difficult to sell the value. There is little room for internal progression. Leadership are set in their ways and unwilling to hear new or different ideas.
