      Smart, driven individual contributors that make coming in to work worth it. People at the working level are generally friendly and collaborative. Good benefits and great sabbatical program

      Cons

      Management that is more concerned with empire building than delivering great products and their people's work satisfaction; bureaucracy and "process" delay time time to market
