Pros

You make friends right away, everybody is on your level and are your peers. The culture is fantastic, a lot of benefit perks (summer fridays, lots of days off, gym reimbursements etc)

Cons

Salaries are low but the experience makes up for it. Some management tough to deal with. Cut throat environment, but thats always the case in publishing due to elitist nature

Pros

Great company to work for, great people. really nice benefits and amazing authors and books.

Cons

Cons are the same cons you might see with any large company, but they certainly don't outweigh the pros.

Pros

Great legacy publishing company. Lots of pride in employees

Cons

Weak on culture and still behind the 8 ball in terms of digital, which I don't think they will every get.
