      The peopel in general are great to work with and there is a great culture of good people managers. Getting to work on some of the most iconic brands in the world is a huge plu sna dmakes working fun.

      Cons

      Large organization with long history doesn't always move or innovate very quickly. No significant bonuses or stock offered at entry. or mid levels.
