      Hard to meet targets

      Pros

      Good people who want to do right by the employees, but struggle with the fast changing environment. (Advice- if this is your first sales job, try a bigger more established company)

      Cons

      -Difficult to hit target -The 10% of “high achievers” hit target, (high achievers in other companies hit 150+%) - Most fall below 70% of target - It seems like a 50/50 chance of passing probation

      Micromanagement, chaotic goals and cult-like culture

      Some nice people and good salary

      Cons

      Micromanagement, constant jumping around ideas, making you run like crazy. The culture is more like cult, and managers are trying to tick well-being boxes rather than really caring.

      Pros

      Personio does not hesitate in spending in your development and happiness while in the company. It feels that if you need something, from whatever perspective, they will try to help.

      Cons

      If you are not working from the Munich office, the things are a bit different in terms of professional perspective, you might promote slower or feel that your opinion/decisions are not equally important.
