Pros
The atmosphere at Personio is peaceful and fun. I really love my colleagues and the different team leads I've had. There is a trusting culture at Personio, no micro management at all. We have awesome benefits such as being able to work from another office with paid housing, lots of events, a juicy development budget, a free day for social engagement. Lots of opportunities to develop your career
Cons
Stress levels at Personio are extremely high at times. Forecasting for new hires are catastrophic which means you often do the job of more than one person. Complaining about this is often seen negatively. Salaries could be better.
