Pros

- Lots of potentials for the company to become successful and grow a lot - Strong visions - Authentic CEO who really cares about his company - Generally nice people to work with.

Cons

- Inefficient processes, there's a long way to go before Personio is compared to other tech companies out there - Unrealistic targets - Culture is very German focused which is good for a German company, but not compared to other international companies in Europe - Not very structured, there's a lot of figuring it out yourself and "That's just how we do it"

Great support and contact from my lead before I joined, excellent virtual onboarding experience and set up super fast. Clear purpose and overall goal, 3 year strategy and an awesome product. Strong culture, with operating principles that guide all our behaviours. I can see where I contribute to the overall goals

Cons

Pace of growth won’t suit everyone, so keep that in mind!

Pros

Despite it being remote due to the Pandemic, I can't complain about the application process and the onboarding process. They invested a lot of time in me, you get to meet some people from your future team before you join, the HR people are also really nice and helpful. I feel like the salary is also quite competitive. I'm still going through onboarding, so I'll know more about the internal workings soon. But everything I've seen till now has left a very good impression on me.

Cons

I can't think of much now, apart from the fact that everything is remote, so I can't meet my new team yet.
