      - Culture: During the hiring process there is a lot of emphasis on making sure you fit with the culture of the company, which is transparent, honest and fast moving. This means that in day-to-day work you never feel that you are battling with someone else's ego or competing interests, everyone is always working towards the same goal. - Benefits: Great salary, equity, health insurance, lots of vacation days, free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      As the Dublin office is somewhat new not all of the policies are in place yet, but they are quick to adapt to new situations so it's not much to worry about.
