Pros

A very nice office with all the amenities. A rather young, energetic group.

Cons

This used to be a great place to work but investor pressures have caused high turnover on the exec team and multiple rounds of layoffs. Trust in leadership has been lost by those employees still around.

They pay slightly above market salaries, but due to salary freeze the rest of the market is quickly catching up

Cons

- Bad and toxic leadership - Culture of blame - They make colleagues compete against each other so there is no incentive to help anyone, every man for himself - The product is failing to get traction outside Germany, too much competition - Management operates from a perspective of distruct - Engineers are seen as dispensable resources - Top down culture and impossible to make a positive impact

- Competitive salaries (although they froze pay rises) - Decent benefits (but reducing every year) - Most colleagues are wonderful

- Company culture has completely changed - Office presence mandated with wi-fi checks to ensure compliance - Frequent layoffs, over 10% of the company let go 3 times in 18 months - Morale is extremely low, people are terrified of losing their jobs - Career progression almost impossible unless you know the right people - Bad performance in the market, product has no unique differentiator - C Suite changes their mind every month or so
