Positive and friendly company culture, smart coworkers.

Cons

Poorly led engineering organization wastes some of the developers' efforts. Senior management clueless about time and effort needed to develop a solid, professional product.

Pros

- Diversity and inclusion - There are numerous events that foster a positive work environment. - There is (or was years ago) money and sufficient budget available to use and invest - Compensation is attractive and meets industry standards. - Opportunities for travel, offsites, and other benefits

Cons

- With the arrival of new leadership, the structure of the international sales team has been significantly disrupted: there have been unjustified layoffs, including the dismissal of recently hired employees, while some underperforming long-term staff members remain. This has led to a return of the toxic environment that existed a few years ago. - Strategic decision-making in leadership lacks a solid foundation based on data. The current strategy and processes seem disconnected from market realities, focusing solely on "sell, sell, sell" without analyzing why losses occur or considering customer needs. There is a clear lack of customer focus, and actions are taken without proper planning or reasoning. - The organizational culture is unfortunately poor, with some teams characterized by a toxic work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth are nonexistent. - Internal processes are poorly structured, and the lack of consistency is evident: some teams have the option to work from home, while others do not; expectations and KPIs vary without a clear rationale,... etc
