* the wonderful people you work with every day * the flexibility with which I can organize my working day * the speed with which I learn new things and can develop myself further

Cons

Change - as we are growing rapidly as a company, we are accordingly confronted with a lot of change. Personio is certainly not perfect, but the company is very adaptive and always strives to learn from "mistakes" and to improve itself as an employer.
