      Good remuneration package and latest MacBook pro

      Cons

      The tech culture at this organization is not favorable. People tend to cling to the familiar ways of doing things and ignore any valid suggestions. Despite claiming to encourage open communication and feedback, this is far from the truth. There is no feedback from peers, and instead, they tend to talk to the manager behind your back.

      Obssessed with FAANG label

      Pros

      They excel at organizing events and promoting their brand. The product concept is sound, but the execution is dismal. They used to claim that they valued their employees and their culture. But that is no longer the case, now they have turned into a typical corporation, where you are just a statistic. That is their prerogative, but they should be honest about it. Instead of pretending to care for their people.

      Cons

      They are fixated on the FAANG label. They go berserk when they see a FAANG resume and bend over backwards to recruit them. But if you lack that label, then they are indifferent to you. The salaries that they offer are far below FAANG standards. It is ironic that they want to emulate everything from FAANG except the pay. Moreover, the product is quite simple and straightforward. Day to day work is mundane, but when it comes to promotions they expect you to perform miracles. They fail to realize that the opportunity for impact is limited for most teams. Working here is the worst experience of my life. They have now shifted their attention to US talent and have completely neglected European talent.
