      They are hiring too much US execute/managers, and the company is becoming less european and more americanized. But with european salaries :/

      The salary (on the paper) is fair, targets maybe not that much so you never get what you expect, great colleagues and drinks at the office.

      Cons

      No clear leadership, no real motivation, teams with so many people that for managers it's impossible to focus on the people, the HR partners (supposed to focus on our wellbeing) literally ignore us, the agendas of the "leadership" or "senior" team are so full that it's impossible to talk to any. They may change conditions of your contract every single month and tell you that "it is what is"
