- Great company vision & market development opportunities - Motivated team & almost no "dog-eats-dog" team --> everyone is really supportive, people want to attain their goals as team - Feedback oriented culture

Cons

- Very dynamic environment - fast paced changes that sometimes lead to unlucky communication processes

Pros

Culture + values (being welcomed and accepted as who you are; DEI team), development chances + personal budget, internal training opportunities (more than you can think of), community (I have never met so many gifted supportive individuals in one place; you won't find people fighting with their elbows or playing games with you), employee benefits, employer branding, office space (modern, open desk, drinks, fruits, food, a slide -> I haven't been working in such a nice environment before), executive team (transparent, approachable, listening). Before working for Personio I knew that the company had a great reputation when it comes to people and culture but I was not prepared for this outstanding work environment.

Cons

Working with P. for 8 months now, I don't really find a reason why I should not recommend it.

Pros

over last year we finally see good technical decisions and paying attention to app performance, availability and product quality. culture is more transparent about what is working and what not working. before it felt like "gaslighting" when senior leaders would dress up all issues as things going well even when not going well. the new CPTO joined last year, does not shy from hard conversations, not always popular even for some of us who are here for long time and it is more comfortable to keep head in the sand and do nothing. not comfortable but necessarey for business doing well. more trust in decisions. more agile and more product launches in last year, better quality. payroll now on good track and many problems are being fixed, before very low confidence about making it. this is important because big business opportunity. good talent to learn from, some new and some old timers. new performance framework which look ok and more about results but the jury still out if it is going to work. what I like is that managers are held to results more, hands on skills popular again and now we have upward feedback too to hold managers accountable.

Cons

market is more competitive not sure if performance will be rewarded with things other than just ratings more remote than before
