The company culture + the 'helping others succeed' attitude from all people working at the company, regardless of seniority makes this company one of a kind. This combined with an healthy but super ambitious goal to become Europeans best in its category makes Personio a compelling employer.

Cons

When working at Personio you need to be prepared for a healthy rollercoaster ride. If you don't like change, don't join. If you like a bumpy ride where you will learn a lot, it is worth applying for a job at this company.

Great office, good equipment, great coworkers, very flexible. Employer really cares about your well-being

Cons

There are no real cons known to me. the only thing that I can think of, is that there are only vegetarian options in the "personio-kitchen". But I honestly don’t really mind, because it still tastes good

Salary is competitive Product market fit in some business sizes is really great Personio is a big name within the industry in Germany

Cons

Executive decision making is highly questionable. A lot of decisions simply done "on a spreadsheet" without understanding limitations and complexities on the bottom line. Sales Quotas that are above your teams' sum of quota, making it basically impossible to hit target. Overall sentiment within the sales organisation is really bad. No career development paths or opportunities for leaders, no internal applications on higher leadership positions possible, they prefer to hire externally for those.
