Location… for now (campus is for sale). Philips seems to attract, but not retain, talent.

Cons

Engineering company that forgot it was an engineering company. High turnover. Managers reward followers, punish those how speak truth to power. Management fads supported at a very high level. Political technical decisions over what’s good for the customer.
