      -Great place to witness a live case study in how NOT to run a company -Resource rich company but sadly this is being abused by management

      Cons

      -Toxic environment where “team bonding” means getting drunk and gossiping about coworkers -Leadership and management behave like immature teenagers with a drinking addiction -Prepare to witness morally questionable behaviours from your colleagues -Even if you lay low and mind your own business, someone would still find an issue with you somehow

      Decent salary, works like a start up, if that is a pro lol

      Brand themselves as a 100 years old MNC, yet work like a start up, sales team is a mess, so called regional sales hiring all the cheap labour and keeping those who can’t contribute to sales while not giving support to others who genuinely want to work. Company management also does drink and drive, usually during company event which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal. Anyone who is interested to see that happen, feel free to wait for cny dinner, confirm happen

      Work is varied and interesting, rewards and benefits are generally reasonable.

      Cons

      Internal management and supervision is generally extremely poor especially in the Logistics department, staff are not held accountable, instances of bullying, poor performance and absence are not managed effectively despite the generous numbers of managers and supervisors on site, HR support is extremely poor. Staff are paid the same yet have varying degrees of tasks to perform.
