Pros

All that I know is only Flexible working hours.

Cons

They appears to be open communication but it turns out to be micro manage and want things to be in their way eventually. Also a bootlick environment. Those who do not know how to, just keep working non stop while those who know how to, they can chat whole day long and not getting work done. Company benefits is lower than average and with alot of restrictions. New rules implement without official notice. Unprofessional.
