some staff are friendly but most of the good ones doesn't seem to last

Cons

-micromanage culture -no work life balance. Prepare to work on leaves and mc and still get questioned upon - work like a robot and no appreciation - they will find a way to pin you down no matter how hard you work - passive aggressive behaviours from the management and lacks inclusion - they are many issues within the company that the HR has no say. This is something to be wary of.
