      Pros

      Good for those who love drinking. Unnecessary entertainment.

      Cons

      Management that is inexperienced, inept, and unfamiliar with the industry. You never know what challenges await you. Decision with no logical sense. I've been seeing newcomers struggle and leave within 3-6 months due to terrible cultural shock and misalignment in terms of expectations. Don't forget to ask interview questions, e.g., what is the biggest challenge in your role? I believe they won't tell you and may joke with an answer like "you must be able to drink."

      ~ u can see many sorts of people from workplace bullies to ppl who have no intelligence and juz perform like robots ~ u can have free lunch altho taste bad ~ many ppl wfh so office quiet ~ v toxic n political, gd if u here to play games

      ~ here like school n managers r like the teachers n boss is discipline master, out to catch n punish u ~ v bad, most ppl leave within 1 month, u will see ~ too many to list
