      Pros

      My team is small and structure is lean so that we got on well in our office of 5 all reporting to a director. To get promoted easier, better be able to speak German. 90% director level and up can speak!

      Cons

      Internal rules and division of responsibility is not quite clear, which can lead to conflicts between departments (I experienced that twice)
