Great brand, great product, great earning potential, great private health insurance after 6 month probation.

Cons

Poor processes, poor leadership, inefficiencies costing individuals time and money. Difficult to achieve sales target for a lot of reasons outside of sales execs control. Poor remuneration package, including company benefit of company car - not much choice, not much availability.
