35 h short work weeks lots of great cars! It has an Union, Good benefits. Pay is decent.

Cons

Lots of over time poor work life balance for the employees at the manufacturing plant. Too many weekends to work. Has lost the family flair to its employees over the past years.. but yes it does pay the bills.
