      Pros

      Good pay. Very challenging. Nicer working conditions then most shops. Management does seem to care about legitimate concerns.

      Cons

      Dealers in expensive to live areas so commuting is most likely choice. Gas prices + commute offset the higher pay. Same issue with warranty times as most dealers (most of the work is not customer pay).
