The organization operates more like a dysfunctional regime, riddled with incompetence and a severe lack of innovation. Many of the leads, who are mostly transferred from the parent company VW, have little to no prior leadership experience and bring with them an outdated command-and-control mindset, yet they’re tasked with creating a "modern" workplace. It’s akin to asking an arsonist to build a firehouse.
