      Pros

      Fun to work, Full-time employees work usually Monday to Friday. Gaining lots of experience, possibilities of transfer within the company.

      Cons

      No staff discount, uniforms must be provided by employees. Lots of stress and initiative is not welcomed

      Pros

      Very well organized. I like working there very much. They have been quite flexible in working hours. They offer quite a lot overtime to employees as well as the possibility to travel and open other stores.

      Cons

      It is a quite a hierarchy right there and if you want to go up the line you need to "know" the right person. I find this very old-school way of getting promoted, but may be this is the case just in this store.

      lots of people and big teams, lots of career opportunities if ur in the right area, good pay overtime available for staff most of the time

      Cons

      u get a lot of horrible rude customers of course. can be too stressful and busy for some people. no motivation and not enough support for managers at the moment...feeling like roboters...Nd it seems like primark sometimes just cares about what they want u to be for them, not what you want to be.
