Pros

Upward mobility was very possible as it was a growing company and a global leader in its industry. Lots of smart, hard-working people. Decent salaries.

Cons

Too much belief on the part of top management in their infallibility. In some positions, not a whole lot of work-life balance. Not the most progressive company. Have they lost their mojo from a few years ago?

Pros

Great coworkers, everyone is very helpful, they go out of their way to introduce themselves if they dont know you yet, and setting you up with the systems takes a couple weeks. Good new orientation training to get you all set up.

Cons

Most jobs require a Bachelors minimum , so the drug test was off putting. Took a very long time at the facilities (concentra). Also I started about a week and half after i accepted the job, and it was contingent on the reference checks. Why couldnt you have done it before ?

Pretty good benefits package, modern offices, fun employee events Remote work option for some departments, though some departments require you in the office Met some very intelligent, invested individuals Growth industry, especially with e-commerce surging

Cons

Toxic work environment driven from the top down Runs too lean, people are always overworked Good-ole-boys club, would not recommend for females IT is top-heavy and primarily reliant on outsourcing, leading to constant turnover and often poor work product Very difficult to move up, not recommended if trying to grow your career
